Provide and install a 30-ton chiller on the NE side of the building, including piping connections, instrumentation and concrete pad. Provide and install equipment in the mechanical room, including base-mounted chilled water pump., expansion tank, air separator, piping, fittings and instrumentation. Provide glycol for the chilled water system. Provide and install control valves for all cooling coils located in the living quarters and Fan Rooms. Test and balance chilled water system, and test cooling coil performance and install EMCS for chiller and chiller water pump. Part of the work for the entire air conditioning system has been completed under the original contract. Plans and specs available on or about 14 Sep 95 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted.
