Subject to the Congressionally mandated waiting period for the Fiscal Year 1996 Annual Materials Plan, an additional quantity of 1,000,000 pounds will be offered for sale on a quarterly basis in FY 1996 on the following Wednesdays: November 8, 1995; February 14, 1996; May 8, 1996 and August 14, 1996.
