U -- COURSE DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN AND DELIVERY, PLATFORM SKILLS AND PRESENTATION TECHNIQUES COURSE DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN AND DELIVERY, PLATFORM SKILLS AND PRESENTATION TECHNIQUES FOR GSA EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. It is the intention of the Office of Management Services and Human Resources (C), General Services Administration (GSA) to establish a nationwide source list of qualified individuals, groups, organizations and firms, with the required expertise, capable of providing training services on one or more of the following topical areas; (1) Group I - Alternative Dispute Resolution and methods to overcome them (2) Group II - Business Process Reengineering (3) Group III - Career Management (4) Group IV - Career Transition (5) Group V - Coaching/Mentoring (6) Group VI - Customer Service (7) Group VII - Diversity (8) Group VIII - Executive Development (9) Group IX - Group Facilitation (10) Group X - HIV/AID Training (11) Group XI - Leadership Development (12) Group XII - Multi-Rator Assessment (13) Group XIII - Negotiation Techniques (14) Group XIV - Office Automation (15) Group XV - Organizational Development (16) Group XVI - Personal Development (17) Group XVII - Quality Management (18) Group XVIII - Secretarial/Clerical (19) Group XIX - Self-Directed Work Teams (20) Group XX - Strategic Planning (21) Group XXI - Stress Management (22) Group XXII - Supervisory and Management Development (23) Group XXIII - Team Building (24) Group XXIV - Time Management. GSA will consider sources capable of providing similar topics relevant to its technical training needs and/or professional development and to the GSA mission. GSA's employee development program targets the following four groups of employees: (1) Group I - Senior Managers; (2) Group II - Supervisors and Senior-Level Professionals; (3) Group III - Journey and Mid-Level Professionals; and (4) Group IV - Secretarial and Clerical Support Staff. Sources having the ability to furnish such training services, and having an interest in being considered for placement on the GSA source list are requested to submit written notification of their interest within thirty (30) calendar days from date of this synopsis to Ms. Gertie L. Chasten, Office of Management Services and Human Resources, Office of Personnel, Training and Organization Development Division (CPT), General Services Administration, 18th and F Streets, NW, Washington, DC 20405. Written notification shall include: (1) the name and address of the individual, group, organization or firm; (2) the telephone number and the name of the individual designated as a point of contact; and (3) provide general literature describing the qualifications. This synopsis is for the purpose of establishing a source list as described above, and is not to be construed as a commitment by Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents who meet nationally recognized fundamental requirements of providers will be placed on the GSA Nationwide Source List. No formal solicitation exists, therefore, proposals are not solicited and proposals will not be accepted. No award will be made as result of this notice. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES will not be accepted.
