The United States Air Force at Brooks AFB intends to procure on a sole source basis from Environics Oy of Finland training on 231 M-90 detectors. The contract will be issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) for training of government personnel. The contractor shall develop and conduct training of personnel on the operational and maintenance repair process of the 231 M-90 detector. The contractor shall provide training materials and all equipment required. Any proposals received will be considered by the Government.
