The audiograms may be either baseline or annual, although most will be annual. All audiograms are to be performed in accordance with CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) 1910.95 and DA Pam (Dept Army Pamphlet) 40-501, copies of which will be provided with the Request For Quotations when issued. The solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the Commerce Business Daily. Date due for Request for Quotations is by close of business no later than September 26, 1995.
