668-7402. To provide all aspect of non-personal part-time dietician
services at U. S. Coast Guard Reserve Training Center, Craik Clinic,
Yorktown, Virginia. These services shall be performed on a routine,
part time basis, four (4) hours per week at the Craik Clinic for fifty
(50) weeks a year. The hours shall be from 7:30 Am to 11:30 AM every
Tuesday exclusive of Federal holidays. Contractor personnel shall
possess a bachelor degree of science from an accredited school of
dietetic studies, a national certification from the American Dietetic
Association, and current malpractice insurance. The Contractor shall
possess a ''no unfavorable rating information on file'' with the
National Practioner Data Bank (NPDB). The period of performance is from
date of award to 30 September 1996 with four one-year options. When
