All work to be completed no later than 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. This solicitation is issued under the simplified acquisition threshold. The resulting contract shall not exceed $50,000.
