To provide all aspect of non-personal part-time general physician
services at the U. S. Coast Guard Group Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.
These services shall be performed on a routine, part time basis, two
(2) hours per week for fifty (50) weeks a year. The hours shall be from
8:00 AM to 9:00 AM every Tuesday, and Thursday exclusive of Federal
holidays. Contractor personnel shall possess a diploma from an
accredited school of medicine, a current unrestricted license for the
practice of medicine in the state of Michigan, and current malpractice
insurance. Contractor shall provide all aspects of General Physician
services commensurate with the capabilities of the contractor and the
medical department. The Contractor shall possess and maintain for the
duration of the agreement, admission privileges to a general hospital
in the local community accredited by the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). The period of
performance is from date of award to 30 September 1996 with four

contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program
(STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
