The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to fabricate component parts and assemble the vacuum envelope of the magnetron NSN 5960-00-523-9752. As a minimum, the cathode shall be replaced. The Government will remove the tuner assemblies and provide failed magnetrons to the contractor for repair. Inspection and acceptance shall be FOB destination NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane, IN. First article testing will be required. Delivery of 3 each first article units shall be within 495 days after contract award.
