70 -- SCO XENIX TO UNIX 5.0 UPGRADE SOL 19-5-263 POC Donna Souders, 301/457-1840 The Bureau of the Census intends to award a sole source contract to Amgraf, Inc., 1501 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO, for the purchase of the following: SCO Xenix to Unix 5.0 (Everest) Upgrade, #WA260/CA200/MU200/UX-5.0.0, which includes diskettes, documentation and shipping and Amgraf Omnicomp HighSpeed Graphics Board, #406TXETAMG. This also includes a one year warranty which covers part replacement and labor costs. This award is being made under a sole source contract due to the proprietary nature of the software. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement including detailed pricing information, that delineates the ability to meet the stated requirement.
