Deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination. The contract shall be in effect for one year. The estimated quantity for liquid nitrogen is 11,000 gallons per year. The estimated quantity for liquid oxygen is 36,000 gallons per year. A delivery order shall be placed against the requirements contract for each order of liquid oxygen and nitrogen.
