Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to abate all asbestos containing material from the hospital and perform interior renovation work including general demolition and reconstruction of architectural finishes and features along with miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Provide temporary space to house portions of the hospital administrative offices, and six to eight in-patient beds, along with utility connections during portions of the construction schedule.--The estimated price is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance is 240 calendar days.--The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 100% Indian-owned, controlled, and operated firms under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation Paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy Indian Act shall be subcontracted to other than Indian firms.
