Only AT&T's equipment will meet the Government's requirement, as this equipment has been designed into the AT&T Definity telecommunication system and is the only equipment that can complete the system and meet the Government's requirement. This equipment is for use with the AT&T Definity G3r telecommunications system at the U.S. Naval Base in Groton, CT. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to their ability to supply the required equipment, as well as financial and technical information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det. Phila. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for proposal will be issued to AT&T. Note, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
