Scope of Work: The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the following alterations and additions: 1) Construction of 105 additional vehicle parking spaces. This work includes, but is not limited to all sub-grade preparation, landscape, sprinkler reconfiguration, paving, curbs and drainage. 2) Construction of a de-icing chemical storage facility including, but not limited to, facility and roadway construction. The facility includes approximately 2,000 square feet of a pre-engineered storage shed with a 4,000 square foot attached canopy for equipment storage.
