This is a correction to the synopsis published in the CBD on 16 Aug 95. The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to award an contract to furnish and install 2 turnstile gates systems. Each gate system shall include two handicapped access capable, high security turnstile gates (minimum of 47'' arms) side by side. Gates shall be single full-height security hot-dipped galvanized steel turnstile, 115V-1PH-60HZ, fail secure-CW direction, Controlled Access CA-448 or Burle Industries STG-32-HC or equal. Uniform lighting shall be provided to provide at least 10-foot candle illumination at each gate passageway Lights must be controlled via a light sensor mounted on top of the gates in a discrete location. Provide and install two closed circuit television cameras with auto/iris 8mm lens, camera mounts, power supplies and outdoor housing. Provide one 15 inch monitor with switcher, video recorder and two dialers. Install two concrete pads and mini power centers. The gates must be capable of being retrofitted with a magnetic card access system at a future date. This acquisition will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. IFB Number F04700-95-B-0027 will be issued on or about 31 Aug 95 with a 20 day bid period. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns.
