Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remove asbestos insulation on the units and steam piping, remove air and return air dampers and actuaters, remove oil bath filter units, remove steam coils, install filter banks, install new steam coils, install new air dampers/actuators, install new bypass dampers, actuators, insulation, steam and condensate piping. Work requirements consist of: Civil/Structural: 10%. Mechanical: 85%. Electrical: 5%. Magnitude of Construction = $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Completion time = 450 Calendar days. This aquisition is unrestricted. Solicitations available on a first come first served basis. The approximate issue/response date will be 06 Sep 95. No telephone requests.
