This project will be a negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) requiring separate technical and cost proposals and will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract covering the period April 1996 thru Oct. 1998. Estimated start work date is October 1, 1995. This project is 100% set-aside for small business, labor surplus. Contractor must have a WA. State Farm/Forest Labor License and Federal Farm Contractor Certificate of registration to perform this work. No bonding is required (0229)
