Kraft Janitorial Services -- Contractor is to furnish all necessary supplies, labor, tools, equipment and transportation required to perform janitorial services for five buildings which includes multiple offices, laboratory, stockroom, and warehouse areas at the Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Proposers will be required to submit with their proposal, evidence of experience, qualifications, financial responsibility and ability to carry out the terms of the contract. All responders are advised that this project may be cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation evaluation, selection, negotiation and final award. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, clarification or request for another proposal.
