STANDARD IMPLEMENTATION CONVENTIONS FOR TRANSMITTING ELECTRONIC DATA The Finance Functional Working Group is developing standard implementation conventions to be used by the Federal Government in transmitting electronic data using ANSI X12 Version 3040. Federal Implementation Conventions for ASC X12 Transaction Set 810 (Commercial Invoice and Progress Pay) are available for public comment.
