supply source with capabilities to deliver nationwide. The IRS is also
looking for this company to propose a methodology for ordering by way
of electronics. The ordering capabilites should consist of
just-in-time delivery of general office supplies to all IRS offices
nationwide; an efficient electronic ordering system; rapid customer
service response; a system for prompt, accurate billing; and effective
management information reporting. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 5112.
A draft solicitation will be issued for comments from industry, and the
solicitation will be issued to interested vendors on a 3 1/2 inch
floppy disk in wordperfect 5.1. All those interested in receiving it in
paper form must request it in writing. Telephonic requests will not be
