The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for contract for a base period and four (4) option periods for desktop units capable of embossing CR80 plastic cards (thickness of 0.020 inches to 0.030 inches). The units are to be used for the transfer of patient information to paper forms. The units shall include a standard QWERTY style and size keyboard. The units shall include a display with a minimum of 2 lines with each line consisting of at least 40 characters. The units shall be capable of storing at least four formats. A firm fixed price indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract is contemplated. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on/or about September 1, 1995.
