Modular Office (2) 44'L x 28'W x 8'H (7'6'' to drop ceiling). Requires metal roof decking. Require two ''I'' beam supports with footplates for roof decking across 28' span. ''I'' beam wall supports are to be in the walls, between panels, flush with the walls and be the same color as panel connectors. Double doors to be pre-hung, have metal ''C'' channel edges, bolt latch at the top and bottom of one door with the front and back of the doors to match wall color and have a key lock. Require metal roof decking. All Modular office shall have walls that are 2'' thick with hardboard on both sides with vinyl cover. They all shall be pre-wire/cold wired.
