The work includes for the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the following: A) Modification of Building 112 main entrance, vestibule, lobby and sentry rooms, including removal of drywall partitions, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, and suspension system, counter, shelving, doors and frames, and lighting system. Provide new concrete partitions, ceiling tiles and suspension system, floor tiles, lighting system, doors and frames, interior and exterior painting and finishing and other incidental work. B) Provide new keypad and badge reader at main entrance door of Building 285. Existing door to be replaced with new. C) Install security lighting at Building 285. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance period is 270 calendar days. Solicitation will be issued approximately 05 September 95 with bid opening on/or about 10 October 95. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Plans and Specifications will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies are exhausted.
