The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure four (4) each Antenna Systems (Scientific Atlanta P/N 8345) for satellite receiving; 4.5 meter; elevation over azimuth; prime focus dual port, C-Band, cir. pol. feed; overall gain greater than 42.6DB, VSWR 1.5:1 (antenna w/feed), beamwidth at -3DB: .6 degrees, first sidelobe level: 20DB; Lightening Protection Kit; 360 degree Tripod Mount and four (4) each Mounting Kit (Scientific Atlanta P/N 300-697) for satellite; surface; to mount 4.5 meter Satellite Reflector to level concrete pad; consisting of Spacers, Mounting Feet, Anchor Bolts, Nuts, and Washers. The Government anticipates awarding this solicitation on a sole source basis to Scientific Atlanta, Network Systems Group, under the authority of FAR 13- 106(a), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
