This is the initial synopsis in which sources are sought for the project - Provide custodial services for the 2nd floor (excluding all secure office space) and outside policing at the Pentagon Building. Services are to be provided for an initial period of 12 months with Government unilateral option to extend services for 4 additional 12 month periods each. All interested concerns should provide to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone numbers, points of contact and contract numbers).
