Solicitation documents are not applicable: however, written responses, including GSA contract number (if applicable), prices (including transportation), and description containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capability to meet the requirements must be received by this office within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. Responses must state that service is available under the terms and conditions equal or in excess of those contained in the current Information Handling Services GSA contract. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
