The EPR indicates the rate between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the jet engine. A firm-fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated for one year with two one year options and and a 90 day option. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material including packaging to accomplish repair of the items.
