Jane's Information Group is the publisher and distributor of Jane's on CD-ROM. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability by submitting an information package. All responses should reference 645/0047Z/95. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their package. Such information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
