This is an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery requirement with established minimum and maximum quantities. The contract period will be for 3 years with delivery 120 days after the issuance of a delivery order to the Material Distribution Center, Topeka, KS on an FOB Destination basis. The material will be supplied in accordance with U.S. Postal Service drawings and specifications.
