The Division of Safety of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to extend its present contract with DYNCORP/PRI for a period of 12 months to allow for the recompetition of its Occupational Medical Services. The extension will be negotiated under citation 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1 based upon the contractor's unique ability to fully staff and provide the services during this interim period. Sources may submit in writing a capability statement which demonstrates that they can meet the Government's requirements.
