Procurement action is for acquisition of services to perform hazardous waste analysis for the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Mare Island, CA. Analysis is to be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California State EPA Rules and Regulations. Contractor is required to be certified by the State of California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program, and must have the capability/capacity to process large volumes of samples for waste analysis. Performance period shall be for a period of one Base Year and one one-year Option. The proposed contract is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside.
