Moore/Telefax 619-830-5104 This is a notice of intent to place an order with Hersey Technology for the purchase of Excalibur Electronic Filing System (ver 3.6) software, Hersey Technology P/N HTI-EFS-S-U2, Excalibur Ascent PC Capture and database release software, Hersey Technology P/N HTI-Ascent-EFS, Excalibur Electronic Filing System Thesaurus software, Hersey Technology P/N HTI-EFS-P-T/O and Hersey Technology HTI-EFS-Scan3093 scanner with system support to include training and installation which needs to interface with existing equipment at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California 92278-0124 and other installations. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted. Written responses, including GSA contract number, if if applicable, prices, technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirement must be received by this office within 30 calendar days after publication of this notice. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source is more advantageous to the Government is available, a contract will be entered into with the above named vendor.
