The successful contractor will furnish the apparatus and install on Government-furnished cab and chassis. The successful contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and incidentals to make such installation. This may be a 1-year contract with option periods. The determination whether to set this procurement aside for labor surplus area concerns will be based upon response to this advertisement and prior to issuance of the solicitation.
