R -- 1996 GET OUT THE VOTE CAMPAIGN POC Mary Haskell Berg, 703/614-6846 The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a sole- source contract to The Ad Council, Inc., 261 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016-2303 to produce and distribute multimedia campaign services to be used in the ''1996 Get Out the Vote Campaign'' to all radio/TV ad printing media outlets and DoD sources to include providing broadcast air-time, magazine and newspaper space, outdoor and car card advertising positions donated by The Advertising Council member media, and on the utilization of these materials by the media. The International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers (IACEROT) is participating in joint sponsorship with the Ad Council and the DoD sponsoring activity, in the production and distribution of these materials. Distribution will begin by January 2, 1996 and the final by August 5, 1996, distribution will be accomplished in 3 waves. See Numbered Note 22. (0222)
