J -- MAINTENANCE OF NUCLEAR CAMERA SYSTEM SOL RFP 637-4-96 DUE 092795 POC Contracting Officer, David Thomsett, (704)298-2067 This VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Trionix Research Labs, 8037 Bavarla Road, Twinsburg, OH, 44807, for the maintenance of one Trionix Biad Nuclear Camera System, including workstation, Accusync 5L Gating Device, Codonics CP-210T Color Printer, Focus IC4700 Imager, Pinnacle Micro PMO-650 Optical Disc Unit, and Milan MIL-3000X Network Server. Contract includes maintenance, parts and software upgrades. The period of performance will be 10/1/95 through 9/30/96 with two (2) option provisions. The total period of performance will not exceed three (3) years. Interested parties are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting supportive documentation. This documentation must clearly demonstrate evidence of the ability to provide the required maintenance and support described herein.
