This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 6/15/95. The ``DRAFT'' Statement of Work is anticipated to be released mid September 1995. A Pre-solicitation Conference is tentatively scheduled for mid October 1995. Because of space availability, a limit of two company representatives shall attend the conference and a RSVP is required by September 30, 1995. Written questions and comments to the ``DRAFT'' Statement of Work must be submitted by the COB October 6, 1995. All submitted questions will be answered (without identity) at the conference. The time and location of the conference will be identified at a later date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued in November 1995.
