Z -- WATER SUPPLY CORRECTIONS, PHASE I SOL IFB 678-61-95 DUE 092795 POC Contact Point, Pam Hayes, (520)629-4611, Contracting Officer, Pam Hayes, (520)629-4611, Additional Contact, Jim Waterman, (520)629-4610 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, and supervision to install new manifold piping at an existing water wellhead, a small amount of underground water piping, installation of a chlorination system, installation of underground electrical power and control wiring, replacement of an existing pump motor controller, installation of new alarm and controller probes in an existing water tower, installation of a new canopy over the well and chlorination system, and installation of a chain-link fence enclosure around the exposed equipment and piping. Significant branches of work include earthwork, concrete, sructural steel and steel decking, water system piping, chlorination equipment, electrical raceways, electrical cables (low voltage), and electrical control equipment. Contract performance time will be 90 calendar days. Cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Bid Package will be available to all qualified bidders on August 28, 1995.
