The solicitation issue date will be on or about August 23, 1995, with the bid opening on or about September 26, 1995. This procurement calls for armed and unarmed guards, GSA Suitability. The contract has a bid and performance bond requirement equal to 20% of the initial price. This solicitation is totally small business set-aside.
