The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to perform scheduled maintenance of magazine doors and dock levelers/ramps and unscheduled repairs in accordance with the solicitation. The contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period. The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract.
