FOREIGN GOVERNMENT TENDERS Beginning October 1, 1995, the International Trade Administration will no longer print notices of foreign government tender procurements in the Commerce Business Daily. These notices will be available on the Commerce Department's Economic Bulletin Board (EBB) and through various public and private trade information systems. Companies interested in obtaining these notices should call STAT-USA at (202) 482-1986. STAT-USA provides on-line access or a fax service. There is a small annual charge to access the EBB which also provides daily trade leads from foreign companies, agricultural trade leads, extensive market research for many industries in many countries, and other useful information from the Bureau of Economic Analysis, the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve Board and the Labor Department.
