The system is of special design and was purchased from Westinghouse Electric Corp Infilco Division in 1975. The replacement assembly includes arms, tank, main bearing, felt seals and misc hardware. Proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation will be issued on or about August 24, 1995 and will open a minimum of 30 days after the exact issue date.
