In accordance with SAP, this procurement is Reserved for Small Business. All respondents must be Small Business manufacturers or Small Business distributors of Small Business manufacturers. All requests must be accompanied by Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N00164-95-Q-0459. This acquisition is for software support/maintenance of Ingres products, used in conjunction with Hewlett Packard, HP9000/H50 computer with HP-UX 9.04 operating system; HP9000/735 workstation with HP-UX 9.05 operating system; HP9000/827S computer with HP-UX 9.04 operating system; and 80386/80486 personal computers with Windows 3.X and MS-DOS (version 5.X or later) operating system. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN 47522. The period of performance shall be for one (1) year from effective date of contract or until end of fiscal year. All responsible sources can obtain complete copies of the Statement of Work by calling the Point of Contact (POC) in block 11 above. Price quotes must be sent in writing to the office listed in block 7 above or faxed to the POC in block 11, and must be received no later than 2:00 PM EST, 11 SEP 95.
