The renovation work includes (1) demolition of an existing electrical closet; construction of a new electrical closet; and subsequent rerouting of all affected electrical items and (2) construction of two galleries, a reception area, audio visual room, storage areas, toilet rooms (Optional). This renovation project includes, but is not limited to: construction of drywall partitions; installation of lay-in acoustical tile ceiling; construction of light coves; leveling the existing flooring and installation of carpet; installation of ceramic wall and floor tile (in toilet rooms); installation of doors, signage, projection screen; painting; minor modifications to mechanical ductwork; and demolition and improvements to the electrical system. This procurement is Unrestricted (Full and Open). Cost range for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Performance and Payment bonds will be required from the successful Offeror.
