Description of Work: Furnish all services, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to abate and demolish two buildings at Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point. Building 12 is a two-story, 14,000 square foot, CMU structure. It originally served as a barracks, but is now used as an office building. Building 16 is a one-story, 2,300 square foot, CMU structure that is not in use. Asbestos has been found in floor and ceiling tile, as well as in piping. Project includes the removal and disposal of all debris and materials, and the grading, compacting, and seeding of the site after demolition, and clean-up. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $250,000 to $500,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $25. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
