The work includes 3 bid items: Bid item 1, Renovation of 2 of 3 bays of Building 325 to add metal siding (two sides) and a retention slab to comply with environmental regulations for the containment of hazardous materials and incidental related work. Bid item 2, to include the installation of retention plates at Building 335. Bid item 3, to extend the work on bid item 1 to include the third bay (eastern bay) of Building 325 by adding metal siding (three sides), retention slab and incidental related work. The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns.
