Utilities and Support facilities include plumbing, gas-fired heating system, ventilation system, air conditioning, water, electric power, sanitary and storm drainage systems, dry-pipe fire suppression system, approximately 6000 square yards of asphalt parking lot and access drives, approximately 2250 square yards of concrete paving, and landscaping. The estimated construction cost is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
