Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all material, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the installation of fire protection sprinklers in approximately 300,000 square feet of area as described in the plans and specifications. This generally includes installation of piping and sprinklers throughout a six story office area, the fifth floor of the mail processing area and one roof top penthouse.
