Approximately 20,000 tons of ore processing by-product is located
onsite at the Bunker Hill Superfund site near Kellogg, Idaho. The
by-product contains significant quantities of lead (40 to 45 percent),
arsenic (about 12 percent), zinc (7 to 8 percent), indium (0.2 to 0.4
percent), and other constituents of potential commercial interest. The
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking indications of
interest from business concerns and individuals who have technica
expertise, physical facilities, or other resources necessary to recover
mineral values from the by-product and manage processing residues in a
manner consistent with applicable environmental regulatory
requirements. Limited information on the physical and chemical
characteristics and quantities will be available from CH2M HILL. A
package containing the available information can be obtained after
August 14, 1995, by written request directed to Michelle Guttenberg,
CH2M HILL, P.O. Box 91500, Bellevue, Washington 98009-2050. Written

review of the available information, a written declaration of
