Contractor may also be required to provide immunizations for Hepatitis B virus. Examinations must be provided by a licensed facility which specializes in Occupational Health Medicine. The facility must be located within a 30 minute drive of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Any resulting contract shall be for one year with four (4) one-year options.
