The National Institutes of Health (NCI) intends to procure CancerHelp software package from CancerHelp Institute, 1159 Wilmette Avenue, Suite 228, Wilmette, IL, 60091. This software will be placed on workstations containing Physician Query Data (PDQ) patient information in clinical areas at five cancer care facilities. The software will be utilized to evaluate patient use of the information. This procurment will provide for a five year license, software, updates and maintenance as required. CancerHelp is a licensed distributor of PDQ files and has intergrated them into user-friendly touch screen interface with voice messages and video clips. For this reason, CancerHelp is the intended contractor. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
